The Death Of A Blog

Some of you may have noticed that I’ve not been posting on Musical Revolutionary in the past few weeks. Confession: Trying to post 5 days a week on 2 blogs is too much. I’m a bad blogger. I’m sorry. GotC is my first love and so is obviously going to win in a competition against Musical Revolutionary so, it is with a mournful bagpipe tune playing in the background that I announce I have to let Musical Revolutionary go. And by “go”, I mean I deleted it.

Dramatic Pause

Keep Pausing Dramatically

Keep Pausing

And you’re over it. I will definitely be posting about music on GotC because I’m not giving up on the idea of a musical revolution- I’m just taking it underground so it can earn some more street cred. Thanks for reading and commenting on Musical Revolutionary- it was much appreciated!

Also, I’m working on a new blogging project with two unimaginably fabulous writers who I can’t believe actually want me to contribute to their new blog. Exciting stuff y’all!!

  1. It’s a sad, sad day; one that shall be remembered for eons to come – oh wait, you’re still posting music blogs here? Awesome! 😀

It is a shame to see the Musical Revolution stumble (it’s not really dead if you’re still posting here, I refuse to accept defeat!) but it’s exciting to see that there’s a new project in the works!

I look forward to reading the new blog in addition to this little gem. 🙂

  2. It’s always sad when one of our projects go down the tubes for whatever reason. However, in business and in life, we have to make some hard decisions. Good for you to make this necessary one.

Like Lorna, when I saw the title of your post, I was afraid you were going to do away with GotC. I’m glad that was not the case. I definitely enjoy your irreverently humorous style.

I also like bagpipes, although a little goes a long way for me. Very appropriate for the subject matter too 🙂

    1. Seriously! I’m lucky these days if I get two posts a week up on GOGP!

I’m sorry for the loss of your music blog, GotC, but excited for your new project! …I wish this meant you were going to be writing for tinkeringinthekitchen.com… (my new project with Tinkerbelle from Laughter is Catching 🙂

  3. Glad you’re not deleting this one, I was worried!

Thanks for posting pipes, too. I truly love them.

Good luck with the new blogging project!

    Lorna
